"As a current State Farm customer, I am very disappointed by the unprofessional behavior I am seeing. The agent’s character and conduct both past and present is raising serious concerns about professionalism, judgment, and respect for clients. What is especially troubling was how casually and publicly client-related matters and personal opinions appeared to be handled online. As someone who entrusts an insurance provider with sensitive personal and financial information, this behavior makes me uneasy. Clients should feel confident that their information is treated with discretion and integrity, not used or referenced in ways that could reflect poorly on them or the company. I believe current and potential clients should be cautious and carefully consider whether this level of professionalism aligns with what they expect from an insurance representative. Trust and discretion are critical in this industry, and unfortunately, that standard was not met here."

"Rude customer service. I talked to a lady named bri and she was being very passive aggressive over the phone. I just called for a quote, won’t be doing business here. *edit* Chris has called my number over 35 times in the last 10 minutes. ( it’s 8pm ) He is also mass spamming 5 star reviews to give a false pretense that this is a good agency. The corporate district manager is aware of this agency's behavior. “ response to owner” If you would like my phone records proving I had a 12* minute call with your agency I’m more than happy to provide that. Otherwise, this just goes to show the passive aggressive behavior from this branch. I intended to bundle my homeowners and car insurance and was met with an attitude. Very weird to call someone a lair. Thanks for proving my point."

"Unfortunately I have to write this review due to Statefarm not holding their employees accountable. If you choose to get insurance with this agency, expect to be lied to, taken advantage of. And financially abused. I have been directly lied to by this agency and the corporate office above. They do not care about their customers. As soon as I confronted Bri the agent in the office about the lying, She immediately said she will no longer help me. And they take my money but don’t reply or answer their calls. They just continue to say it’s corporate and not them. As they take your money every month. Take your business elsewhere if you value your insurance protection policy coverage and your hard earned money. (Owners reply really shows his lack of professionalism! And the continued lies! I’ve only ever spoke with Bri and have the messages to prove it!)"

"Jimmy, Really, I wish you would just act like an adult. You call our office several times and just hang up because you're upset. I get it, I would be upset too. But you act like our office has anything to do with what claims decides. And let's be honest, we have paid you over $18,000 in claims in under a year. Let's not act like you're the good guy here. Unfortunately, while we have tried to help you over time, you have continued to be abusive to the point that nobody in my office wants to even talk to you. I understand that you've been upset about the recent decisions made by the company. Please refrain from calling our office and hanging up after only a few minutes. This behavior is disruptive and unproductive. If you would like to discuss your concerns with me, I am happy to schedule a time to talk."
